B LUEBERRY L EMONADE Ingredients 1-1/2 cups blueberries, fresh 1 cup sugar 1 cup lemon juice Zest of 1 lemon Limes, for serving Instructions In medium saucepan over medium heat, combine 1 cup of water and the sugar until sugar has dissolved. Stir in blueberries and bring to a boil for about 5 minutes. Strain mixture over a large pitcher and press blueberries through a sieve. Add lemon juice and zest and mix well. Add 5 cups of water to the pitcher. Stir and allow to cool completely in the refrigerator. Serve over ice, then add blueberries to the glasses. Serve with lime slices. S OUTHERN P EACH T EA Ingredients for Peach Syrup 4 large fresh peaches or 4 cups frozen peaches , sliced 2 cups water 2 cups sugar Ingredients for Tea 3 family-sized tea bags 4 cups water + more to add to pitcher for taste Instructions 1. In a large saucepan, add peaches, water and sugar. Bring to a simmer and cover until peaches are soft, about 15 minutes.
