Four of our coaches have been inducted into the Alabama High School Athletic Association (AHSAA) Hall of Fame, the most of any school in the state. COLLEGE ADVISING: Families work with our dedicated Col- lege Advising Office and 100% of our graduates attend a four-year college or university. Many are selected to attend some of the top colleges and universities in the nation. Members of the Class of 2019 earned over $7.5 in merit-based aid. COMMUNITY SERVICE: Community Service is a major focus at the Academy. Beginning in the lower grades, students work on various service and sharing projects throughout the year. The entire school selects a community service partner and all community serv- ice efforts go toward that one partner all year long. This year, the Academy is partnering with Dream Court, an adaptive tennis pro- gram for individuals with special needs whose mission is to teach the lifetime sport of tennis and life skills to children and adults with physical or intellectual disabilities striving for inclusion and acceptance, and their motto is serving hope, changing lives. Seniors participate in Philanthropy 101, a specially designed summer class that exposes students to the value of philanthropy at every level.
