The Ambassadors featured a concert band and choir that toured across eight countries, performing at each stop. Brice claims that she first realized she liked Dawson as they took a riverboat tour through Paris and floated past the Eiffel Tower. They were able to enjoy Venetian gondola rides, medieval castle walks and trips to the Matterhorn allowing their friendship to grow. It wasn’t until they returned to the states that they truly discovered their feelings for each other. Even though they at- tended separate universities across several states, distance didn’t stop them from finding true ro- mance. Brice and Dawson are both suckers for a good spy movie. So, one Valentine’s Day Dawson planned a spy-themed scavenger hunt for Brice. Since that was a huge success, Dawson continued with another “mission” on October of 2016, when he proposed. He enlisted the help of her co-workers and friends, having her visit several spots in town searching for Daw- son. At the final spot in the hunt, Dawson pro- posed while a friend was hiding in the bushes ready to capture the special moment on film. December 8, 2018 the couple said their “I do’s” at First United Church. It was during their first look at each other that they exchanged their vows, making a more personal promise and then reciting classic vows making the mo- ment even sweeter. A reception was held at 129 Coosa at Central. Dawson’s brother sang a spe- cial song for the couple’s first dance as husband and wife. After their honeymoon in San Destin (Mira- mar Beach, the couple now resides in Mont- gomery. n Brice and Dawson
