Good houses are not staying on the market. Q: How do you think the market is going to be in the area for the rest of the year? PR: I haven't seen any evidence of the market slowing down. We remain very optimistic that this will continue to be a great en- vironment for buyers and sellers. JP: Demand remains strong and will continue. Supply is low, and I see a strong demand for new homes. Many first-time home- buyers and first-time families are entering the market, along with military families. Our real estate market will remain strong throughout the rest of 2020 and into 2021.
